Managing Partner, Chief Operating Officer
John is a Managing Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Westfield. He is a member of the Investment Committee, chairs the Firm’s Operations and Risk Management Committee, and plays a leadership role in Firm strategy.
John joined Westfield in 2006 following five years as a Managing Director in the Equities Division at Lehman Brothers. Earlier in his career, he held equities-related roles at J.P. Morgan Securities and Morgan Stanley in Boston, and began his professional journey at Procter & Gamble.
He earned his M.M. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.A. from Trinity College.
John serves as President of the Board of Trustees at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts, and is a member of the Advisory Committee at The BASE HOOPZ, a Boston-based nonprofit that integrates athletics, education, and career development. He also volunteers with Boston Partners in Education through the Power Lunch reading program for elementary students.
