Will joined Westfield in 1994 and currently serves as the firm’s President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Investment Officer. Since being named CIO in 2001, he has overseen the expansion of Westfield’s investment offerings and led the firm’s growth in assets under management more than tenfold.

Before Westfield, Will worked in investment banking at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and spin-offs. He began his career at Kidder, Peabody & Company, where he served as a Vice President.

Will earned his B.A. from Middlebury College in 1983 and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School in 1992.

Outside of Westfield, Will and his family are deeply engaged in philanthropic work focused on expanding educational access for underserved youth. He serves on the Board of Directors of SquashBusters and the Advisory Board of The BASE.
