Partner, Chief Technology Officer

Dee Silveira is a Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Westfield, where he leads the firm’s technology infrastructure, cybersecurity strategy, and IT operations. Since joining the firm in 2007, Dee has driven enterprise modernization, cloud adoption, and risk mitigation initiatives that support Westfield’s growth and security posture.

Prior to Westfield, Dee served as IT Manager at Moors & Cabot. His earlier roles span a variety of technology functions across leading organizations, including Manulife Financial, Eze Castle Integration, Helix/Brooks Automation, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Dee holds a B.A. from Boston University and brings over 30 years of experience in technology, including more than 25 years in financial services
